Jesus My Best Friend

I have found the best friend ever,
I will be His forever.
He is always there for me,
Giving strength and hope always to be!

Jesus is my Best Friend,
A friend I’ll have until the end,
But we’ll always be friends for,
Eternity we’ll always be forevermore.

I don’t know what I would do,
If I didn't have a friend like You,
Dear Lord, through Your grace,
One glorious day I’ll see You face.

Sometimes the road is hard,
Steep, weary, but with your blood it’s marred.
I know I can endure the cost,
Because for me You have endured the cross!

There is real  joy and happiness,
Following Jesus, it’s joy unendless.
Even though I meet with trials,
Still He fills my face with smiles!

It’s such joy leaving every thing is Jesus’ hand,
Even tho’ things happen that I don’t understand.
My heart is full of the love,
The wonderful love of our Father above!

There is no end to the fun,
When I’m walking with God’s Son,
He’s the real joy giver, laughter to,
Oh how sweet to walk with Jesus true!

Oh I can’t say enough of how much
My Jesus means to me and such,
For without Him  I would die,
But through His grace I’ll be saved by and by!

Take Jesus today,
Take Him as your best friend I pray,
He’ll never fail you my friend,
Never I say, never, always to be until the end!

Oh what a wonderful day,
When my Saviour Jesus comes, I say,
To take His sin sick children Home,
To reign with Him forevermore!
