Now Or in God's Time?

As I sat there pondering

Then Lord spoke to my heart;

Calling for me to give up wondering

And let Him do it all from the start.

Do I surrender it in His hands

And patiently wait until He fulfills;

Letting Him fulfill His beautiful plans

And His perfect timing to in still.

Or will I continue to move on

Wanting what isn't planned for me;

Neither trusting nor waiting on God’s Son

To work the impossible that I may see.

Pleasure now or in God’s time?

Waiting, letting Him write the story;

Bringing that which always was to be mine

Watching a miracle that will give Him glory.

~

Yes, it shall be in God’s time

To fulfill as He sees truly best;

No need for answers or a sign

To live in His timing, I’ll be blessed.
